2020 was quite a year. The challenges our world faced put into greater perspective how important cultural structures are. Coffey understands its responsibility as an environment to the individuals that make up our team.

A company’s culture is comprised of many things, not only the interaction between staff, but also the policies put in place—part of the company’s responsibility to thread values through the atmosphere. At Coffey, we take a positive culture very seriously and are constantly looking at ways to improve the sense of support we provide our team. Some of our cultural programs are included below:
