About Flint
Flint has been with Coffey since 2008. His professional experience spans over 31 years and includes civil engineering, material testing, and land surveying. His civil engineering experience includes land entitlement, design of public infrastructure (water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer), street and road designs, site design, construction of commercial and residential developments, design of utility transmission pipe lines, negotiations of land lease acquisitions, and special inspections.
